How long does it take to get shipped out?

Shipping takes 1-3 days to get shipped out. We ship out Monday through Saturday. 

How much is the shipping fee?

Will start at $3.50 for items that weigh up to 4 oz. Signature tracking will be $6 for items that weigh up to 4 oz.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

Orders originally take 3 to 5 days to arrive. Sometimes, there will be delay due to Covid-19. If you are having issues will your tracking, please contact USPS.

My order came damaged, what do I do?

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us with proof. We will refund you or send out another one.

My order says delivered, but I never received it

If your tracking number says it has been delivered, and you never received it, please contact your local USPS or file a claim online at USPS.com

I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. You will have to pay for shipping label with your own money to have it sent back to us. After we receive it, we will pay for the shipping fee to have it sent to you.

Incorrect address

If your package gets sent back to us due to incorrect address, you will have to pay for shipping label again (available on our website) or we will refund you excluding the shipping fee. 

I was charged, but the order didn't go through

Please allow 3-5 days for the money to be sent back to your bank.
